Doctor Kawaii

Sporting the trendiest of bell bottoms, the Mandrels were a ferocious if not super smart race of aliens from the planet Eden. Their main way to attack and maim  was to walk into people and hit them gently with their hands until their victims fell dead to the ground while they roared really loudly.

They were seen in Nightmare in Eden
